WebForms makes it easy for your customers to request a quote and schedule jobs directly from your website. Currently there are three different forms to choose from, each offering something different, depending on your goals.

Basic WebForm: Capture the essential information from customers with our most straightforward form. Name, phone number, email, and address/ZIP code are all gathered, along with their preferred time and what service(s) they're interested in.

Basic WebForm with Lead Source: The same as the Basic WebForm, but with lead source included. This addition prompts users to select from a list of all the lead sources you've set up in your account. Armed with the knowledge of how your customers are hearing about you, you can effectively direct your marketing time, energy, and money.

Scheduling WebForm with Lead Source: Make scheduling a breeze for you and your customers! With this form, in addition to capturing the information above, the system will also suggest to the customer a few different time slots that would work for you, based off your current schedule in ServiceMonster. Don't worry, customers won't be able to see any details in your schedule - the system decides what days and times to suggest based off your schedule behind the scenes, and the times that are already booked are shown as "N/A" on the public WebForm.

After installing your chosen form, submitted leads begin automatically funneling into the Leads tab in your ServiceMonster account, where you can review and accept or decline them. All leads submitted through the forms - regardless of how you assign them - remain searchable in your account.
